Fresh, creamy, and super fragrant: the keto berry mousse with Thermomix is the perfect dessert when you crave something delicious yet light, without giving up on low carb style. The berries offer a slightly tangy note that perfectly balances the sweetness, while the soft and foamy texture makes it irresistible from the first spoonful.
Thanks to the Thermomix, it’s really easy to prepare: a few selected ingredients, zero added sugars, and all the taste of a dessert that seems like a cheat but isn’t. Ideal to serve at the end of a meal or as a fresh treat on hotter days, this keto mousse will win everyone over, even those not following a ketogenic diet. 🍓✨
