Let’s prepare together this fabulous Nutella cream that requires no cooking!

Just a few ingredients for a no-bake Nutella-flavored cream that you can use to fill your sponge cakes and to create dollops for cream tarts.

It’s also suitable for filling profiteroles.

Ingredients

  • 8.8 oz mascarpone
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 35% fat (also vegetable cream)
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella

Steps

  • First, put all the ingredients in the fridge the previous night.

  • Place cold mascarpone, cream, and Nutella in a bowl and start whipping at medium speed for the necessary minutes.

    You’ll obtain a fairly solid cream that you can use in your preparations.

    If you want a more intense flavor, you can also add a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.

The Nutella cream keeps in the fridge for about 2 days.
