Just a few ingredients for a no-bake Nutella-flavored cream that you can use to fill your sponge cakes and to create dollops for cream tarts.

Ingredients
- 8.8 oz mascarpone
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 35% fat (also vegetable cream)
- 2 tablespoons Nutella

Steps
First, put all the ingredients in the fridge the previous night.
Place cold mascarpone, cream, and Nutella in a bowl and start whipping at medium speed for the necessary minutes.
You’ll obtain a fairly solid cream that you can use in your preparations.
If you want a more intense flavor, you can also add a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
The Nutella cream keeps in the fridge for about 2 days.
