Soft Ring Cake Without Lactose

  • 3 eggs (whole)
  • 1/3 cup peanut oil (sunflower etc.)
  • 1 container lactose-free yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup potato starch
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • vanilla flavor

  • Here are the steps to prepare a delicious soft yogurt ring cake:
    Prepare the ingredients: Gather all the necessary ingredients.
    Beat the eggs: In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a light and fluffy mixture.
    Add the yogurt and oil: Add the yogurt and seed oil, mixing well to combine everything.
    Incorporate the dry ingredients: Sift the flour with the starch and the baking powder and salt, then add them gradually to the mixture, gently mixing with a spatula or a wooden spoon, until you get a homogeneous dough.
    Prepare the pan: Butter and flour a ring cake mold or line it with parchment paper.
    Pour the mixture: Transfer the mixture into the mold, leveling it well with a spatula.

    Insert chocolate chips or chocolate pieces.
