Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 packet Baking powder (8 g)
- 2 Apples
Preparation
Put the eggs with the sugar and the oil in a bowl.
Beat well with a whisk.
Add the flour mixed with the baking powder, initially stir with a whisk, then with a spoon or your hands.
The dough is rather sticky.
Cut the apples into rather small pieces.
Now incorporate the apples, mixing with your hands or a spoon.
Once the ingredients are well mixed, the dough will be ready.
Line the baking tray with parchment paper, place about a spoonful of mixture with the help of a spoon.
You will have about 15 cookies in total.
Bake at 356°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes until golden on top.
Suggestions/tips
If desired, you can sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar and cinnamon on top.
