Ingredients
- 4 Pork sausages (each weighing 0.88 oz)
- 1 Slice of cheese
- 4 Breadsticks
Preparation
Cut the sausage lengthwise into 4 parts with a knife. You need to cut the strips reaching more than half the sausage.
Cut each part into 3 parts with scissors.
Sauté the cut sausages in a pan for a few minutes.
Insert a breadstick (or half, if they’re too long) into the upper part of the sausage, then wrap a strip of cheese slice around it.
