The brisè pastry sunflower is certainly an impressive dish, which can be prepared with different ingredients. In this recipe, I offer it in a slightly different version, but very tasty. You can consider it a one-pot meal.

Ingredients
- 2 Brisè Pastry
- 5.3 oz Cooked salami, diced
- 3.5 oz Cooked ham, diced
- 3.5 oz Emmentaler, diced
- 1.1 oz Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 Medium egg
- 1 teaspoon Fine salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 1.1 lbs Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Milk
Preparation
Boil the potatoes with the skin in salted water, then mash them with a potato masher and put everything in a bowl.
Add the cooked salami, cooked ham, egg, grated cheese, Emmental, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Cover the baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper and place the first brisè pastry on top.
Put the potato mixture on top and cover with the other brisè pastry.
Seal the edges of the two brisè pastries with the prongs of a fork and make a circle in the center with a slightly large glass.
Cut slices starting from the edge made with the glass towards the outside, then roll them once.
Brush with a little milk.
Bake in a fan oven at 356°F for 35 minutes.
Suggestions/Tips
If you wish, you can vary the ingredients, preparing it in the more classic version with a ricotta and spinach filling.
