Ingredients
- 14 oz savoy cabbage (a nice cleaned cabbage)
- 5.3 oz cream cheese spread
- 5.3 oz carrot (a nice cleaned carrot)
- 3.5 oz canned yellow corn kernels
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 pinches fine salt
- 3 pinches black pepper (ground)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice (concentrated)
- 3 pickled gherkins
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Wash and remove the harder parts of the cabbage. Slice it into rather thin strips and put it in a large container.
Now wash, clean, and grate the carrot, drain the corn, and finely chop the gherkins. Pour everything into the container with the cabbage leaves.
Separately, prepare the dressing: in a bowl, put the mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon, salt, pepper, and oil, and mix until you get a slightly liquid cream.
Pour the cream into the container with the cabbage, mix well to dress it evenly. If necessary, adjust the salt, oil, and pepper. And now serve your excellent salad.
