Ingredients

  • 14 oz savoy cabbage (a nice cleaned cabbage)
  • 5.3 oz cream cheese spread
  • 5.3 oz carrot (a nice cleaned carrot)
  • 3.5 oz canned yellow corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 pinches fine salt
  • 3 pinches black pepper (ground)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice (concentrated)
  • 3 pickled gherkins
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  • Wash and remove the harder parts of the cabbage. Slice it into rather thin strips and put it in a large container.

  • Now wash, clean, and grate the carrot, drain the corn, and finely chop the gherkins. Pour everything into the container with the cabbage leaves.

  • Separately, prepare the dressing: in a bowl, put the mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon, salt, pepper, and oil, and mix until you get a slightly liquid cream.

  • Pour the cream into the container with the cabbage, mix well to dress it evenly. If necessary, adjust the salt, oil, and pepper. And now serve your excellent salad.
