These Cauliflower Flans are truly a great dish to use as an appetizer or main course. I love the texture of flans and I enjoy experimenting with different types of vegetables to use. I like to accompany them with sauces, but also enjoy eating them without additions to fully savor their taste.

Notes
You can try using other vegetables instead of cauliflower, like Swiss chard or spinach.
If you wish, you can accompany it with the Parmesan béchamel
