  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Cost: Economical
  • Preparation time: 15 Minutes
  • Portions: 4 People
  • Cooking methods: Stovetop
  • Cuisine: Italian
  • Seasonality: All seasons

Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbs sausages (8 sausages in total)
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast (about 8 slices)
  • 1 broth cube (delicate broth heart weighing 28 g)
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt
  • 14 oz peas
  • 7 oz fresh spreadable cheese

Preparation

  • Cook the peas in plenty of salted water to which you have added a delicate broth cube.
Drain them and place them in a bowl.
Cut the sausages in half, place two teaspoons of cooked peas on one side and two teaspoons of spreadable cheese on the other.
Pound the chicken slices with a meat tenderizer after covering them with tissue paper, lay them on a surface, and add two teaspoons of peas and two teaspoons of spreadable cheese on top. Roll them up well, if necessary secure them with a toothpick.
In a large skillet sprayed with butter spray, cook both the sausages and the chicken rolls for about 20 minutes, turning often to brown them on all sides.
Serve with a side of peas.

Notes

You can use other vegetables (such as spinach or Swiss chard) or other cheeses, as long as they are not too watery.
