I love the sweet and sour taste, I really like mixing sweet and savory flavors to create an enticing mix. Not everyone likes it, as it is a particular taste, but it is worth trying for those who love this kind of combination. In this Chicken Breast with Apples, Onions, and Balsamic Vinegar, you will find an enticing combination of flavors.

Notes
I recommend using an apple with a tart taste and a hard and compact flesh, such as the Granny Smith.
