I love oriental flavors and wanted to prepare this dish in a somewhat different way: the Chicken Breast with Vegetables and Soy Sauce is a really tempting main course, it will surprise you with its taste and delicacy.

Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs Chicken Breast
- 3 medium Zucchini
- 0.7 oz Celery
- 1.5 cups Precooked Peas
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 tbsps Soy Sauce
- to taste Vegetable Oil
- to taste Salt
Preparation
Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
Wash the zucchini and celery, cut them into strips.
Clean the onion and chop it finely.
In a pan with a little vegetable oil, sauté the diced chicken for a few minutes. Set it aside.
In the same pan with a little vegetable oil, add the vegetables, then add the soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Cook for about 15 minutes until they are tender but still crunchy.
At this point, add the precooked peas and the chicken, adjust the salt, and let it season for a few minutes.
Serve hot.
Notes
Even if there are no carrots or bean sprouts, you can use this mixture to fill spring rolls: they won’t disappoint you, I assure you. You just need to get rice paper sheets, moisten them with a little water to soften them, fill them with a small amount of mixture, close them, and fry in a pan. Delicious!!
