Ingredients
- 8 slices Chicken
- 16 slices Galbanino (the flavorful)
- 8 slices Cooked Ham (thick cut)
- 1 teaspoon Fine Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 4 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
Preparation
Pound the chicken slices to make them thinner and more uniform.
Drizzle them with a bit of olive oil and then coat them in breadcrumbs mixed with grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
Place the meat on a plate and put a slice of cooked ham and cheese on top.
Roll it up, trying to tighten well, and secure everything with a toothpick.
Place in a baking dish greased with a little oil and bake in a fan oven at 356°F for 25 minutes
Notes
You can cook the rolls in a pan, covering it with a lid and adding a little water or broth if they dry out.
