We love Flatbread, we enjoy preparing it with different fillings, each according to their own taste. The Flatbread with cold cuts, tomato, cheese is truly delicious, we fill it according to our preferences with cooked ham, raw ham, salami, speck along with the addition of emmenthal, cheese slice, tomatoes, lettuce, and various sauces (mayonnaise, barbecue, yogurt sauce, hot chicken, ketchup). A real treat.

Ingredients

  • 12 flatbreads
  • 6 slices raw ham
  • 6 slices salami
  • 12 slices emmenthal
  • 3 tomatoes
  • to taste lettuce
  • to taste mayonnaise (and various sauces)

Preparation

  • Prepare the flatbreads, for the recipe click here (the quantities indicated in the recipe are for 12 flatbreads, if you want to make fewer, reduce the quantities).

    Place the flatbread in a hot pan, add the cold cuts.

  • Now add a bit of lettuce.

  • Complete your flatbread with sliced tomatoes, cheese of your choice, and your preferred sauce.

  • Close the flatbread and serve it hot.

Tips/advice

You can choose your favorite cold cuts: cooked ham, mortadella, speck, raw ham, salami.

As for the cheeses, I recommend not using those that are too watery, prefer scamorza, emmenthal, fontina.

Use your favorite sauces: mayonnaise, ketchup, barbecue sauce, burger sauce, hot chicken, mustard.
