Ingredients
- 7 oz bananas (peeled, frozen)
- 7 oz strawberries (cleaned, frozen)
- 5 oz sweetened vegetable whipping cream (chilled)
Steps
Peel the bananas, slice them not too thick, and freeze them in a container or on a tray. Wash and clean the strawberries, pat them dry with kitchen paper to absorb excess water, cut them into small pieces (in two or four parts depending on their size), and freeze them in a bowl or on a tray. You can keep them from a few hours to overnight, the important thing is that they have firmed up otherwise you will not get the ice cream effect.
