Preparing something different every day, especially something quick, is not simple. The Half-rigatoni with sausage, mascarpone, and broccoli is really quick to prepare and the taste is excellent!

Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs Half-Rigatoni
- 10.6 oz Broccoli (boiled)
- 8.8 oz Mascarpone
- 1 Onion (small)
- 14.1 oz Sausage
- 2 tsps Coarse Salt
- 2 pinches Fine Salt
- 3.4 tbsp Milk
- 1 pinch Black Pepper (ground)
- 1 pinch Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Grana Padano (grated)
Preparation
Remove the casing from the sausage, crumble it, and sauté in a large skillet.
In a mixer, place the boiled broccoli and chopped onion, add milk, pepper, chili powder, salt, oil and blend until you obtain a smooth and fine cream.
Combine the broccoli cream with the sausage, add mascarpone and mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon.
Cook for about 10 minutes.
In a pot, pour plenty of water; when it boils, add coarse salt and then the pasta.
About two minutes before the pasta is done, drain it with a slotted spoon and place it in the skillet with the sauce.
Mix well, continue to cook over low heat, adding pasta cooking water as it dries, adjust salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with grated Grana Padano and serve hot.

I usually blanch the broccoli and freeze them so I always have them ready.
