How to Make: Shortcrust Pastry

Here is a new recipe in How to Make: Shortcrust Pastry, to be used in many preparations, both cakes and cookies, easy to prepare, crumbly and tasty.

It’s a recipe I’ve been using for many years and I have always found it useful, to which I can add some ingredients if I want to prepare a differently flavored pastry (for example with cinnamon or coconut)

  • Preparation time: 30 Minutes
  • Cuisine: Italian

Ingredients

  • 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 7 oz Butter

Preparation

  • These quantities are used to cover two baking pans with a diameter of 11 and 12 inches
