The Mozzarella Roll with Salmon is indeed a quick appetizer to prepare, no cooking required and very tasty. We love this version with smoked salmon slices, but there are many variations you can create. Try it with Bayerland mozzarella sheet, it will be even more irresistible.

Ingredients
- 16 oz mozzarella (sheet size approx. 11×10 inches)
- 4.5 oz fresh cream cheese
- 6 oz smoked salmon (sliced)
- 0.7 oz arugula
Preparation
Take a mozzarella sheet like the one in the picture, drain it from the preserving water, and place it on a kitchen towel. Spread the fresh cream cheese over the entire surface. Lay the smoked salmon slices on top, and then the arugula. Roll up the sheet from the longer side.
Cut it into slices not too thick and serve with a bit more arugula.
Tips/advice
To make it more compact, you can wrap the rolled sheet in wax paper and store it in the fridge for at least half an hour.
You can also fill the sheet with raw or cooked ham instead of salmon, or add tomato slices, or even lettuce leaves if you don’t like the strong taste of arugula.
