Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs chicken breast (sliced)
- 3 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 orange
- 1 pinch black pepper (ground)
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
Place the cinnamon, ginger, chili powder, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, orange juice, and thinly sliced orange peel in a bowl and mix well.
Submerge the chicken slices and let them marinate for about an hour.
Cook the chicken in a pan along with the marinade for about 3 minutes per side.
Adjust salt if necessary.
Notes
Since the orange peel is also used, it’s preferable to use organic, untreated fruit.
