Orange Chicken Breast

A simple and quick way to flavor chicken, making it tender and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs Chicken breast (sliced)
  • 3 teaspoons Ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Chili pepper
  • 1 Oranges
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Fine salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Preparation

  • Place the cinnamon, ginger, chili pepper, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, orange juice, and thinly sliced peel in a bowl and mix well.
    Immerse the chicken slices in it and let them marinate for about an hour.
    Cook the chicken in the pan along with the marinade for about 3 minutes on each side.
    Adjust salt if necessary.

Notes

Since the orange peel is also used, it is preferable to use organic, untreated fruit.
