Ingredients
- 3.3 lbs potatoes
- 3 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 6 leaves sage
- 0.25 cups olive oil
- 6 pinches fine salt
Preparation
Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into medium-sized pieces.
Place them in a baking dish with a diameter of 12 inches.
Season with oil, salt, and add the rosemary and sage.
Now add the smoked paprika, mix well to flavor each piece.
Bake at 356°F for about an hour, placing the dish on the lower oven rack.
Occasionally open the oven door and stir well.
