Give tofu a chance, this simple pan-fried tofu recipe won’t disappoint you! Only three ingredients for a truly unique taste!
- Difficulty: Easy
- Cost: Affordable
- Preparation time: 20 Minutes
- Portions: 3/4 people
- Cooking methods: Stovetop
- Cuisine: Italian
- Seasonality: All seasons
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4.4 oz tofu
- to taste olive oil
Steps
Place the breadcrumbs on a plate. If you like, you can season it with spices of your choice (for example, sweet paprika, turmeric) or finely chopped rosemary.
At this point, divide the tofu into cubes. I made them fairly small, but you can make them larger if you prefer. I divided the tofu into three slices vertically.
Then into four parts horizontally.
And finally into three parts lengthwise.
Put a little oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes.
Add two tablespoons of soy sauce, let it absorb the flavor, and serve hot.
