Pan-Fried Tofu

Give tofu a chance, this simple pan-fried tofu recipe won’t disappoint you! Only three ingredients for a truly unique taste!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4.4 oz tofu
  • to taste olive oil

Steps

  • Place the breadcrumbs on a plate. If you like, you can season it with spices of your choice (for example, sweet paprika, turmeric) or finely chopped rosemary.

  • At this point, divide the tofu into cubes. I made them fairly small, but you can make them larger if you prefer. I divided the tofu into three slices vertically.

  • Then into four parts horizontally.

  • And finally into three parts lengthwise.

  • Put a little oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes.

  • Add two tablespoons of soy sauce, let it absorb the flavor, and serve hot.
