Pasta, potatoes, and bacon is a dish you can prepare with a few ingredients, yet it will surprise you with its bold flavor. A recipe that combines speed and taste, for an easy and tantalizing lunch.

Ingredients
- 28.2 oz Potatoes
- 7.1 oz Smoked bacon (cubed)
- 10.6 oz Pasta
- 1 Onion
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsps Olive oil
- 2 tsps Salt
- 3 tsps Parmigiano Reggiano (grated)
Preparation
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and sauté them with the chopped onion in a pan with a bit of oil.
Then add the cubed bacon and cherry tomatoes cut into quarters. Cook and adjust the salt.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water, drain it al dente, and put it in the pan with the potatoes.
Add the diced provolone and the Parmesan. Adjust the salt and pepper.
Notes
You can choose the pasta shape you prefer, I used mixed shapes for this dish!
