Steps
Boil the peas in a pot with water, salt, and a bit of olive oil. Once cooked but not too much, as they need to remain a bit firm otherwise they’ll fall apart, drain them. In a pan, add a bit of oil and sauté the onion, previously washed, cleaned, and chopped into small pieces. At this point, add the peas and cook for about a minute.
