I love pies for their versatility, but also for their taste. I find them to be a great method to prepare a complete dinner without the need to make multiple courses.

Ingredients
- 1.3 lbs Potatoes
- 1.67 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsps Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 packet Instant yeast for savory preparations
- 2 Mozzarella (4.4 oz each)
- 5.3 oz Cooked ham

Preparation
Wash the potatoes, cook them in plenty of salted water with the skin on for about 20 minutes until they are fork-tender. Let them cool, peel them, and mash them with a potato masher.
Place the puree in a bowl, add the eggs, flour, yeast, and adjust with salt and pepper.
Mix well with a fork, then knead with your hands until the dough detaches from the sides of the bowl.
Butter a pan of 12 inches in diameter and then flour it. Place the potato ball inside and flatten it with your hands, raising the edges.
Place the slices of ham on the bottom and the diced mozzarella. Sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano.
Bake in a ventilated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
Notes
To speed up the cooking of the potatoes, you can cut them into 2 or 4 pieces depending on their size
