Ingredients

  • 14 oz vermicelli (rice)
  • 2 pinches coarse salt
  • 9 oz savoy cabbage
  • 2 fresh spring onions
  • 1.75 oz onion
  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 9 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons oyster (oyster sauce)
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons sugar

Steps

  • Wash the cabbage, remove the tougher leaves, and cut it into strips. Clean the spring onions and onion and chop them finely. In a wok, put a little vegetable oil, add the chicken cut into strips, and brown for about a minute.
