Spaghetti with clams is a dish you can prepare in no time, yet it will win you over with its taste and lightness. A must-try!

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz Spaghetti
- 1.75 lbs Prepared Clams with Shell
- to taste Parsley
- to taste Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- to taste Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Coarse Salt
Preparation
In a pan, put the oil, garlic, and clams.
Cover with a lid and cook on high heat until all the shells have opened.
Put plenty of water in a pot, once it boils, add the coarse salt and spaghetti.
Halfway through cooking, drain the spaghetti with the appropriate spoon and place them directly into the pan with the clams, adding chopped parsley and ground black pepper.
Cook for a few minutes, adding cooking water if it becomes too dry.
Toss the pasta to flavor it with the clam sauce, add more chopped parsley.
Serve hot.
Tips/Advice
I recommend using pre-purged clams, which will save you a lot of time.
