A way to get children to eat vegetables. Beautiful, colorful, and tasty, you can also use it for a picnic if you like.

- Cooking time: 20 Minutes
- Portions: 4 servings
- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients
- 5 oz Boiled spinach
- 7 oz Sliced Emmentaler
- 5 oz Sliced cooked ham
- 6 Eggs
- 3 tbsps Grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 pinches Fine salt
- to taste Ground black pepper
Preparation
In a mixer, put the boiled spinach, add the eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Spread parchment paper on a baking tray measuring 12×15 inches and place the mixture inside, level it well, and bake at 392°F for 15 minutes in a static oven or at 356°F for 15 minutes in a fan oven.
Once cooked, place a layer of cheese (sliced or grated) on top, and then a layer of ham.
Roll it up carefully, using a kitchen towel, and place in a fan oven at 392°F for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Serve hot, in slices.
Suggestions/advice
You can also use another type of cheese, as long as it is not too watery. You can also grate it instead of using slices.
If you use fresh spinach, you will need about 10.5 oz. Clean them well and put them raw in a mixer along with the eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until you get a smooth mixture.
