Spinach with Butter and Parmesan

in

My daughter didn’t like spinach, but with this dish, she changed her mind, and now Spinach with Butter and Parmesan is one of her favorite dishes. Very easy to prepare but super tasty. For this recipe, I used spinach frozen by me, I usually clean them, blanch them, squeeze them well, and freeze them into balls, so I have them ready at any time. I find them very convenient.

As a ratio, 350 grams of cooked, frozen spinach is approximately equivalent to 500 grams of fresh spinach.
