Ingredients
- 5.3 oz swiss chard (boiled)
- 1 tbsp pecorino
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 1 pinch black pepper (ground)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 walnuts
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 slice prosciutto
- 3.5 oz cream
Preparation
Blend the boiled and squeezed chard in a mixer with the cream, grated pecorino, pepper, salt, milk, and a tablespoon of oil.
Sauté two tablespoons of oil with the garlic clove and chili powder separately and add it to the mixture.
Meanwhile, chop the walnuts and then toast them in a small pan.
Pass the slices of prosciutto in the oven by placing them between two sheets of parchment paper for 10 minutes at 356°F to make them crispy.
Put the mixture into muffin molds (you should get 9-10) and bake for 35 minutes at 356°F.
Garnish with crispy prosciutto pieces and crumbled toasted walnuts.
Notes
You can also prepare the flans using other vegetables, such as spinach or green beans.
