Ingredients
- 20 radishes
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 3 chives (fresh strands)
- 6 mushrooms (in oil)
- 1/4 cup tuna (pâté)
- 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
Preparation
Wash the radishes well, cut off the part with the tuft and set it aside, scoop them out with a sharp knife and level the bottom to make them stand upright on the plate.
Now you can prepare the three fillings:
the first by mixing the cream cheese with the chives;
the second by simply softening the gorgonzola;
the third by mixing the pâté with the ketchup
Fill the radishes with the different fillings.
Add the mushroom on top of the radishes filled with gorgonzola.
Cover with the part with the tuft to complete the dish
Notes
You can enjoy the leftover inside of the radishes by dipping it in an olive oil and salt dip. Try it, it’s delicious!
