Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 3.5 oz cooked ham
- 3.5 oz Emmental cheese
- 1 whole egg
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil
Steps
Thinly slice the zucchinis lengthwise and let them sit on a dish towel for half an hour. Add a slice of ham, a piece of cheese, then roll and secure with a skewer. Thread 4 rolls onto each skewer. Dip them in the egg that has been beaten and salted, then bread the skewer. Place the skewers in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake at 356°F for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
