Air Fryer Bruschetta

The air fryer makes the preparation quick and healthy, as the amount of oil needed is significantly reduced.
This recipe is perfect for a aperitif, an appetizer, or even a light lunch. All you need is a small loaf or a roll and some cherry tomatoes, and these delicious mini bruschettas will be ready.

Ingredients
- 1 large durum wheat roll
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- A few sprays extra virgin olive oil (for the bread)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (for the tomatoes)
- to taste salt
- to taste oregano
Tools

- Knife
- Cutting Board
- Small Bowl
Steps
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them into pieces, and place them in a small bowl. Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, oregano, and mix. Set them aside, preferably in the fridge.
Slice the roll and place the slices on the tray or in the removable compartment of the air fryer. Spray a little extra virgin olive oil and cook for 5 minutes at 365°F.
Once ready, place them on a wooden cutting board. Distribute the seasoned tomatoes evenly over the bread slices and garnish each bruschetta with a leaf of mint or fresh basil.
