Ingredients

  • 1 large durum wheat roll
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • A few sprays extra virgin olive oil (for the bread)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (for the tomatoes)
  • to taste salt
  • to taste oregano

Steps

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them into pieces, and place them in a small bowl. Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, oregano, and mix. Set them aside, preferably in the fridge.

  • Slice the roll and place the slices on the tray or in the removable compartment of the air fryer. Spray a little extra virgin olive oil and cook for 5 minutes at 365°F.

    Once ready, place them on a wooden cutting board. Distribute the seasoned tomatoes evenly over the bread slices and garnish each bruschetta with a leaf of mint or fresh basil.
