Alsatian Apple Tart

Alsatian Apple Tart. When cooking brings people together, even the simplest recipes become special.

A few days ago, my cousin who lives in France came to visit and, amidst chats and laughter, we prepared this delicious apple tart with puff pastry and cream together.

An easy and quick recipe, perfect for a family snack or to end a meal on a sweet note. It’s a dessert that is made with few ingredients and in a short time, but wins everyone over at the first bite.

The beauty of this tart is that it can also be prepared at the last minute, without needing to knead or mess up the kitchen too much. And trust me: it will be hard to resist a second slice!
