Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 3.5 oz cream cheese
  • 4 figs
  • 2.8 oz prosciutto
  • A few walnut halves
  • as needed balsamic glaze

Steps

  • First, let’s toast the bread.

    In a pan: place the slices of bread directly on the hot bottom and let them brown for a couple of minutes on each side.

    In an air fryer: place the bread in the basket and cook at 356°F for 4-5 minutes, until it is crispy.

  • Once the bread is ready, take the cream cheese and spread a light layer on each slice.

    Place two thin slices of prosciutto over the bread. Wash the figs, cut them into wedges, and lay them on the prosciutto.

  • Add a few walnut halves and finally decorate with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
