Chicken and Ham Salad. A fresh and flavorful appetizer, perfect for a light lunch or a summer dinner.
This recipe is a great alternative to the classic Russian salad and is perfect for filling sandwiches, rolls, and canapés.
You can enhance it with other ingredients of your choice, such as black olives, pickles, julienned carrots, or diced celery. To finish the preparation, you can use pasteurized mayonnaise or yogurt mayonnaise without oil.
