Ingredients

  • 1.76 lbs chicken breast
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 potato
  • 1/4 white onion
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Half cup white wine
  • to taste flour

Steps

  • Let’s start by grating the peeled potatoes, zucchini, and carrots with a large-hole grater.

  • At this point, add the floured chicken bites, stir, and deglaze with white wine.

  • Cook for about 10 minutes until the meat is tender and golden.

  • Plate, season with pepper, and serve hot.
