- 1.76 lbs chicken breast
- 2 carrots
- 2 zucchini
- 1 potato
- 1/4 white onion
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- Half cup white wine

Steps
Let’s start by grating the peeled potatoes, zucchini, and carrots with a large-hole grater.
Finely chop the onion and let it soften in a wok with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
