THE CHICKEN BITES WITH ORANGE AND RAISINS are a second course particularly scenic with a refined and delicious taste.
They are easy and quick to prepare, suitable for any season, perfect even during holidays, as you can prepare them beforehand and heat them up when you serve them so you can enjoy the evening without spending it at the stove.
Serve them accompanied by a soft mashed potato or a simple mixed salad.
For this delicious dish, I used the chicken breast but you can easily replace it with boneless thighs or turkey breast.
