Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 3 bell peppers
- Half onion
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Half glass white wine
- to taste roasting herbs
- to taste salt
Steps
Clean the chicken drumsticks by removing any feather residues.
Thinly slice the onion.
Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half, remove the cap, seeds, filaments, and chop them roughly into strips.
In a large pan, pour the extra virgin olive oil and heat over medium heat.
Add the sliced onion and let it soften.
Add the chicken drumsticks and brown them on both sides.
Deglaze with the white wine and let it evaporate.
At this point, add the bell peppers, roasting herbs, salt, mix, and cook over medium heat, covered for about 25 minutes.
