Chickpea, Tuna, and Cherry Tomato Salad

Chickpea, tuna, and cherry tomato salad. You only need 3 ingredients and in 15 minutes you’ll prepare a fresh and tasty dish, perfect for a quick lunch or a summer dinner.

This recipe requires no cooking, but in just 15 minutes you’ll have a light and nutritious dish, great as a main course or even as an appetizer.

The chickpea, tuna, and cherry tomato salad is a great alternative to Caprese Potato Salad or Lentil Salad, but also Octopus and Potato Salad or Summer Farro Salad.

You can prepare it the day before to take it with you to the beach, the pool, or even to the office.

And as always, I recommend making a little extra because it’s sure to go fast!
