Ingredients
- Half quart milk
- 5.3 oz amaretti
- 7 oz dark chocolate
- 2.8 oz sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
Tools
- 2 Pots non-stick
- Whisk
- Loaf Pan
Steps
Break the dark chocolate into pieces and place it in a non-stick saucepan. Add 100 ml of milk and melt the chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally. Once completely melted, remove from heat and set aside.
In the other non-stick saucepan, pour the remaining milk (400 ml) and add the sugar and cornstarch. Mix well cold with a whisk to dissolve the starch and prevent lumps.
Place over medium heat and continue to stir while cooking. It will take about 7/8 minutes.
Once the milk mixture has thickened, add the melted chocolate, the crushed amaretti, and mix well to achieve a smooth, homogeneous cream.
Pour the hot pudding into 4 dessert cups or into a loaf pan. Let it cool at room temperature for a few minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or until the pudding is well set.
Unmold the pudding and decorate with a few whole or crushed amaretti.
Enjoy your dessert!
