Ingredients
- Half quart milk
- 1.7 oz powdered sugar
- 1.7 oz all-purpose flour
- 1 packet vanillin
- 2 eggs
- 1.4 oz bitter cocoa powder
- to taste hazelnut grains
Tools
- Food Processor Thermomix
- 4 Glasses for dessert
- Plastic wrap
Steps
Put the eggs in the Thermomix bowl. Add the powdered sugar, vanillin and mix for 20 seconds at speed 4.
Add the sifted flour and bitter cocoa and mix for 30 seconds at speed 3.
Add the milk slowly, continuing to mix for 1 minute at speed 3.
Cook the mixture in the Thermomix for 9 minutes at 194°F, speed 4.
Pour the obtained cream into 4 individual glasses and cover with plastic wrap.
Let it cool first at room temperature and then put it in the refrigerator to rest for at least 4 hours.
Our chocolate dessert with Thermomix is ready. Before serving, sprinkle with hazelnut grains.
