Ingredients
- 10.5 oz dry biscuits
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 6.5 oz dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter (soft)
- 1/4 cup coffee
- to taste powdered sugar

Steps
Let’s start by coarsely crumbling the biscuits. We can do this by putting them in a bag and crushing them with a rolling pin or using a mixer. Once ready, set them aside in a bowl.
Prepare the coffee with the moka or pods and let it cool.
Put the sugar and cocoa in a blender or food processor, powder them and then combine them with the crumbled biscuits.
In a small pot, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.
Add the soft butter and mix until you get a cream.
Add the cooled coffee and continue mixing until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into the bowl containing the biscuit mix and stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and shape it into a salami. Wrap it in the parchment paper, using your hands to compact it well.
Place the chocolate salami in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until it is well solidified.
Once the chocolate salami is well chilled, remove it from the parchment paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
