You’ll just need a box of cheese cubes in the fridge, some stick pretzels, and some simple herbs, and in no time you’ll prepare a delicious and elegant appetizer, perfect to serve on Christmas and throughout the holidays.
You can also prepare these snacks the day before, but since they’re really simple, they’re perfect for last-minute guests.
Serve them with other puff pastry appetizers or with some sauces. You’ll make a great impression.

Ingredients
- 8 cheese cube
- 8 stick pretzels
- as needed marjoram
- as needed oregano
- as needed pomegranate (seeds)

Steps
In a bowl, mix the marjoram and oregano. You can use spices to taste.
After unwrapping the cheese cubes, gently insert a pretzel at the base like a skewer. The sticks will create a “tree” effect.
Sprinkle the cheese cubes with the herb mix and place them on a slate or Christmas plate.
Place the pomegranate seeds on top of the cheese cubes to add a touch of color and a fresh flavor.
