Christmas Bundt Cake with Pears and Cheese. A very tasty and particularly scenic savory pie, perfect as a Christmas centerpiece.
This recipe combines the sweetness of pears with the saltiness of cheese, creating a really irresistible mix of flavors.
You can serve this savory pie as an appetizer, as an aperitif, but also as an alternative dessert. All you need to do is add a drizzle of honey to bring to the table a dessert different from the usual.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 Abate pears
- 3.5 oz brie
- 5.3 oz provola
- 1 egg yolk
- to taste black pepper
- to taste black sesame seeds

Steps
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Wash the pears, peel them, and cut them into chunks. Cut the provola and Brie into dices or cubes.
Unroll the puff pastry and place it with its paper on a round baking pan.
Place a small bowl in the center of the pastry and distribute the sliced pears around it.
Add the cheeses and sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper.
Fold the edges of the puff pastry inward and remove the bowl.
Using the tip of a sharp knife, make 4 cuts in an x shape on the free pastry to create 8 triangles that we will fold inward. See PHOTO.
Brush the surface with the beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
Bake and cook for 20/25 minutes until golden.
