Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 8.8 oz mushrooms in oil
- 3.5 oz Taleggio cheese
- 1 egg yolk

Steps
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Unroll the puff pastry and place it with its paper on a baking tray.
Using a sharp knife, make 4 vertical cuts and 4 horizontal cuts to get about 30/32 squares. (see photo)
Brush the entire surface of the pastry with the beaten egg yolk.
Drain the mushrooms and distribute them in the center of the squares.
Cut the Taleggio into cubes and place it on the mushrooms.
Bake for about 25/30 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly, then transfer our Christmas puff pastry bites with mushrooms and Taleggio with their paper to a cutting board or a plate.
Don’t worry if they stick together. It will be a pleasure to separate them with a knife or simply with your hands!
