Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (round)
- 1 cup ricotta
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- to taste dried parsley
- 1 egg yolk
- to taste black sesame seeds

Steps
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Unroll the puff pastry and place it with its paper on a baking pan. Place a bowl in the center and spread the ricotta around it.
Add salt, pepper, and dried parsley to taste, then add the smoked salmon in pieces.
At this point, remove the bowl from the center and make 4 cuts in the free puff pastry to obtain 8 triangles.
Fold the edges of the pastry inward and the triangles towards the center. SEE PHOTO.
Brush the surface with the beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
Bake and cook for about 20-25 minutes until golden.
