Ingredients
- 8 fillets cod (frozen)
- 14 oz potatoes
- 1 can peeled tomatoes
- 3.5 oz black olives
- 2 cloves garlic
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste oregano
- to taste salt
- Half cup water
- to taste parsley

Steps
Peel the potatoes, slice them, and soak them in a bowl.
Open the can of peeled tomatoes and mash them coarsely with a fork.
Pit the olives with the appropriate tool. (You can buy them already pitted)
Take a large pan and brown the garlic in a splash of extra virgin olive oil.
Remove from heat and place half of the sliced potatoes on the bottom.
Add the frozen fish, remaining potatoes, olives, peeled tomatoes, salt, oregano, parsley, and half a cup of water. Cook covered over medium heat for about 40 minutes.
