I don’t know about you, but I love coffee. I can’t do without it, and in the summer, I replace it with this creamy dessert which is light, perfect to end a meal with a sweet and refreshing note.
The trick to getting a creamy texture is using COLD cream. You can also prepare it in advance and serve it after the meal. The important thing is to store it in the fridge.

Steps
Making the coffee cream is really easy.
Place the heavy whipping cream in a bowl and whip with an electric mixer until it is semi-whipped.
Add the powdered sugar and instant coffee and continue to whip until a firm consistency is achieved.
