Ingredients
- 14 oz pasta (short)
- 12 oz yellow cherry tomatoes
- 7 oz canned tuna in oil
- to taste dried parsley
- to taste salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Let’s start by cooking the pasta in a pot with plenty of salted water.
Once cooked, drain it and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking.
Meanwhile, wash the yellow cherry tomatoes under running water, cut them into quarters, and place them in a glass baking dish.
Add the tuna, the dried parsley, salt, and mix carefully to combine all the ingredients.
Combine the pasta and mix gently. If necessary, adjust with more salt and oil.
Our cold pasta is ready.
Serve by decorating the dish with fresh basil or mint leaves.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container.

You can replace yellow cherry tomatoes with red ones.
