Cookies Easy Recipe.
The cookies are American cookies loved by both adults and children, ideal for a tasty snack or to accompany a cup of tea or coffee.
This very easy and quick recipe will allow you to prepare cookies that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside in a few simple steps. You can still customize the recipe by adding hazelnuts, dried fruit, or other ingredients as you like.
These cookies are a great alternative to the classic Shortcrust Pastry Cookies or Soft Lemon and Chocolate Cookies.

Ingredients
- 8 tbsps butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Half packet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 packets vanillin
- 3 1/2 oz dark chocolate
- 1 3/4 oz walnut kernels
Tools
- Electric Whisks
- Baking Tray
- Parchment Paper
Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Put the walnut kernels in a mixer and chop them coarsely. Also chop the dark chocolate.
In a bowl, beat the softened butter with the brown sugar until creamy. To do this well, I recommend using electric whisks.
Add the egg and continue to beat until well incorporated.
Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and vanillin into the bowl with the butter and egg mixture. Mix well until you get a homogeneous dough.
At this point, add the dark chocolate and chopped walnuts, stirring gently with a spatula or wooden spoon.
Take portions of dough with a spoon and form balls the size of a walnut. Place them on the tray, spacing them apart, as they will spread during baking.
Bake and cook the cookies for 15 minutes, or until they appear slightly golden on the edges.
Once cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool on the tray for a few minutes, then transfer them to a rack to cool completely.
Enjoy your breakfast and snack!
