Ingredients
- 8.8 oz mascarpone
- 8.8 oz sweetened vegetarian whipping cream
- 1 packet vanillin
- 7 oz Pavesini (chocolate-flavored)
- 1 cup milk (for soaking)
- to taste dark chocolate chips

Steps
In a large bowl, whip the vegetarian whipping cream until stiff. For this operation, I recommend using the electric whisks.
Add the mascarpone and vanillin and gently mix with the whisks at a medium-low speed.
Quickly dip the Pavesini in the milk (without soaking them too much) and place a layer in each glass.
Add a layer of cream and dark chocolate chips.
Repeat with another layer of soaked Pavesini and then more cream and dark chocolate chips.
Our Cream and Chocolate Tiramisu is ready. Before serving, decorate the surface with 2 chocolate Pavesini.
